Amira later confirmed on her podcast, Liebes Leben, that their connection was more than just a vacation fling. In July, the couple made their first public appearance together.
Despite their growing relationship, Amira had been relatively private about sharing details on social media—until now. In her latest Instagram story, Amira documented a jogging session, writing, “This is what I look like after a 45-minute interval run in 33-degree heat.” The video footage seems to have been captured by Christian Düren, as another post in her story features the couple posing together for what is their first social media selfie.
A glimpse of their relationship
In the photo, Amira is seen wearing a black sports outfit, her long hair tied back in a ponytail, with earphones visible in her ears. The mother of two leans her arms on Christian’s shoulders, smiling alongside him. Christian is dressed in a gray t-shirt, also sporting a smile.
Amira tagged her new partner in the story, adding a white heart and a running emoji to the post. Christian shared the same photo on his social media account, confirming their relationship to their followers.
It remains to be seen whether Amira and Christian will share more about their relationship on social media. When they first went public as a couple in July, Amira expressed her relief at no longer having to hide their relationship. In an interview with Bild, she said, “I’m glad the hiding is finally over.” She also mentioned needing time to adjust to not having to cut him out of her Instagram stories anymore.
