A major food manufacturer has recalled two Rewe brand spreads. The products may contain undeclared nut paste, posing a risk to individuals with nut allergies.
People with nut allergies rely on accurate ingredient lists to avoid potentially dangerous reactions. Natra Chocolate International S.L. has issued a recall for two of its spreads due to labeling errors that could put nut allergy sufferers at risk.
The recall affects “Rewe Feine Welt Salted Caramel Creme” and “Rewe Feine Welt Dunkle Kakaocreme” in 200-gram jars with a best-before date of 06.2025. The company states that the presence of undeclared nut paste in these products cannot be ruled out.
